Educapital Foundation awards over $7M in “Business Start-Up Grants" each year to qualified entrepreneurs who are finanically challenged. The “Business Start-Up Grant" is an 100% donor-funded program, designed to provide access to capital to disenfranchised entrepreneurs.
In order to Qualify you must meet the following criteria:
1. 18 & over.
2. High school graduate or GED recipient.
3. U.S. citizen, permanent resident, DACA recipient, or employment authorization card.
4. Low income.

Award notifications will be sent via email within 60 days. Denial notifications will not be sent out.

The “Business Start-Up Grant“ provides financial support to entrepreneurs facing economic challenges, offering access to capital based on demonstrated need.

Grants are awarded primarily based on financial need, personal references, and a strong desire to achieve goals.

Grant money can be used to cover basic operating expense, including marketing, rent, payroll, etc.
You will receive an email notification within 60 days regarding the decision of the grant application. Unfortunately, denial letters will not be sent.
